    Vigilar Executes a Management Led Buyout and Raises New Capital


    Vigilar announces that it has completed a transaction making Vigilar a standalone company and raises an additional seven figures of capital.



    Atlanta, GA June 2, 2009 -- Vigilar announced today that it has completed a management led spin-off making Vigilar an independent company and has raised an additional seven figures of private capital for operations expansion and forthcoming acquisitions.


    James Fox the Chairman and CEO stated, "Vigilar has been performing very well for the last three quarters during what is a challenging environment. Sales are up almost 10% quarter over quarter and profitability is up over 25%. Our ATLAS SaaS platform did over $6 million in sales. Given the challenges our parent company was facing it simply made sense for management to lead a spin-off."


    Mr. Fox went on to say that Vigilar would soon be announcing new initiatives expanding its market reach and breadth. "We saw early on that 2009 would be a tough slog for many companies, but we saw it coming and adjusted our strategy and cost structure to not only operate but to thrive in this environment." stated James Fox. "Our focused strategy and attention to detail has lead to 2009 being our best quarters in the history of the company."
