This provides the Vigilar team with the experience to deliver a streamlined process and smooth upgrade with minimal downtime.

The risk of successful attacks is reduced by keeping systems running, up-to-date, correctly configured and patched by Vigilar’s team of security experts. New patch requests and historical patch information can be viewed through the ATLAS portal.

24X7 Monitoring and Management
Device Monitoring and Management services provide constant 24X7 monitoring of security devices by certified security experts in Vigilar’s Security Operations Center (SOC). These managed security services address the monitoring and management aspects of network security that otherwise tie up IT and security staff. In the event of a security event, Vigilar’s SOC experts can alert you by phone or e-mail so that the appropriate mitigation steps can be taken.
